Exciting times for patients across North East Hampshire and Farnham

We are working with local people and our partners to make a range of improvements to healthcare services across North East Hampshire and Farnham.

A great deal of activity is taking place around primary care, or GP, services, all aimed at enabling people to remain well and providing them with as much support as possible in their communities, enabling them to remain happy, healthy and at home. To learn more watch our short film:

What is a CCG?

A clinical commissioning group is an NHS organisation set up by the Health and Social Care Act 2012 to organise the delivery of NHS services in England.  It is clinically led by GPs and clinical staff who work with patients and are best placed to make decisions about local healthcare commissioning.   Find out more about the CCG
