360 Stakeholder Survey

Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) need to have strong relationships with a range of health and care partners in order to be successful commissioners within the local system. The CCG 360 stakeholder survey is a key part of ensuring these strong relationships are in place.

The online survey, conducted by NHS England, allowed stakeholders to provide feedback on working relationships with CCGs. The first survey was conducted in 2012 when the CCG was operating in shadow before authorisation.

The results from the survey are positive for the CCG.

  • Of the 56 stakeholders invited to participate, 42 completed the survey – a response rate of 75%.
  • Overall, our stakeholders feel that they are engaged (81%) and that working relationships are good (76%).
  • Stakeholders believe that there is clear and visible leadership of the CCG (86%) and clear and visible clinical leadership (79%).
  • 88% of stakeholders feel able to raise concerns to the CCG about the quality of local services.
  • Stakeholders believe that the CCG effectively communications its plans and priorities and that the CCG acts on feedback received.
  • The CCG’s results are comparable to the national average for CCGs.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in the survey. To view the results, please click here.
