On Wednesday, June 27, we will be holding our Annual General Meeting and everyone's invited.
The programme, one of a small number of national vanguard programmes, has been changing the way we work, all aimed at keeping the people of North East Hampshire and Farnham healthier, more able to manage their own health and wellbeing, and giving them access to more services in their local community as and when they need them.
On this and with other projects we have been working more and more closely with local people, particularly through the Community Ambassador programme, because we know that involving local people in planning their health services leads to better outcomes for them and for the services themselves.
Just a few days after the meeting the NHS will be celebrating its 70th birthday, so we will also be looking forward to that.
If you would like to come and join us we would very much like to see you there. If you are planning to come we would just ask that you let us know through this link so that we know roughly how many people to expect. If you are unable to confirm you can still attend but please send an email to NEHFCCG.firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you may be coming.
